Foundation History

Reach, Inc was established in 1964 to provide Day Services for people with disabilities who were not being served through the public schools or by the local rehabilitation facility. Soon thereafter, a work program was developed to provide real work for those who needed more productive activity.

Continuous agency growth followed with the Parent Child, Supported Employment Services, Hand in Hand Child Care programs established to further benefit the Chippewa Valley. Families have come to trust Reach, Inc. because of the value placed upon human rights and dignity. We are committed to service excellence through our professional and dedicated staff.

The Reach Foundation was established in 2003 solely to assist donors who want to support Reach, Inc’s mission.
