Stacy Wigfield

Stacy H. Wigfield, MS
President/CEO

Stacy received a B.E.S. degree from the University of Minnesota and an M.S. degree from UW-Stout. He has been the President and CEO of Reach, Inc. since 1987. Stacy has been President of the National Association for Rehabilitation Leadership and the Wisconsin Rehabilitation Association. He served on the Governor’s Interagency Coordinating Council for 13 years, some of that time as Acting Chair and Vice Chair. Stacy currently serves as a member of the WorkSource Wisconsin Employer Advisory Committee-North, is a member of The Reach Foundation Board of Directors and of the Menomonie Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Executive Committee, and recently completed a term on the state’s Long Term Managed Care and Employment Task Force. Stacy is also a graduate of the Leadership Eau Claire class of 2000. Stacy is member of the National Rehabilitation Association and of APSE.

 

 


Heidi L. Colonna

Heidi L. Colonna, MS
Vice President of Human Resources and Development

Heidi Colonna has been with Reach since 1994. She is responsible for human resources for 150 employees; oversees all inclusive childcare services, marketing, grant writing, fundraising and is a member of the Golf Tournament Committee. Colonna earned a Bachelor’s degree from UW-LaCrosse, a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from UW-Stout and a certificate in Non-Profit Leadership from UW-Eau Claire.

She is a member of the Chippewa Valley Society for Human Resource Management and has served on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Child Care Administrators Association.
 

Kenneth J. Summer

Controller

Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis in 1993.

Certified Public Accountant since 1998.

Controller for Regional Enterprises for Adults and Children, Inc. since 1998.

Member of the Altoona Lions club since 1996.

Board member for Consumers Coop Association (Mega) since 2007

Job Responsiblities: Responsible for all Accounting and IT functions.

 

Holly Bowe-Ganong

Holly Bowe-Ganong
Co-Program Coordinator for REACH Inc. Adult Programs

Holly Bowe-Ganong is Co-Program Coordinator for REACH Inc. Adult Programs; including the Adult Program in Eau Claire, Helen’s House, Selma House and the Adult Program in Menomonie. In this position, Holly provides care management for people with a variety of disabilities, staff supervision and development, development and implementation of programming, crisis counseling including medical and behavioral issues. Holly has an Associate Degree from Chippewa Valley Technical College as well as endless hours of in-service and seminar trainings. Holly’s emphasis is focused on Day Services; she has worked for REACH Inc. for over 15 years.

 

Anne Woolever

Anne Woolever
Co-Program Coordinator for REACH Inc. Adult Programs

Anne Woolever is a Program Coordinator for REACH Inc., Adult Programs. Locations include Adult Program-EC, Adult Program-Menomonie, Helen’s House and Selma House. As a Program Coordinator, Anne is responsible for the care management of individuals with disabilities, staff development, program implementation, and medical and behavioral counseling. Anne has a special interest in the delivery of prevocational training. Anne received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UW-La Crosse and has an employment background in mediation and at risk youth.

 

Dennis Mathson

Dennis Mathson
Program Director, Supported Employment Services

Dennis Mathson entered the field of Vocational Rehab after sustaining injuries in an auto accident which prevented his return to his former occupation. He received his Masters in Vocational Rehab from UW-Stout in 1978. His 29 years of experience spans 9 years at CDC; 2.5 years of work experience in Independent Living at UW-Stout Student Services; and his tenure at REACH Inc as employment specialist, co-director, and currently the Director of Supported Employment Services. Mathson oversees five employment specialists, and approximately 20 plus full/part-time job coaches. Mathson maintains a close relationship with business, educational, and related funding sources to create an on-going opportunity for people with disabilities to enter employment.

 

Tammy Stearns

Tammy Stearns
Program Director, Parent-Child Program

Tammy Stearns is an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher and Director of the Parent-Child Program. She has been a teacher for 17 years, 15 of which have been with the Parent-Child Program as a Birth to 3 Teacher. Tammy began her career at REACH, Inc. working with adults with disabilities, which led her to pursue graduate work in the field of early childhood special education. Both her BA (Communication Disorders) and MSE (Early Childhood Special Education) degrees are from UW-Eau Claire. Tammy holds an 808 license from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. She serves on the Board of the Chippewa Valley Autism Society as their Chapter Representative and is a member of the Birth to 3 Committee of the Eau Claire County Department of Human Services Board.

 

Amy Stadnyk

Program Coordinator, Hand in Hand – Eau Claire

My name is Amy Stadnyk and I am the Program Coordinator at Hand in Hand – Eau Claire. I have been with Hand in Hand since 1997. My adventures with REACH, Inc. may have started in the preschool program, but from that position I have grown and expanded my work experience into the school age program, as well as the assistant director and most recently in 2006 as the Program Coordinator.

I graduated from the University of Kansas in 1995 with a BA in Human Development and Family Life (emphasis in Early Childhood Education). I received my Family Service Credential in 2007 and my Child Care Administration credential in 2008. I am also currently a member of the Wisconsin Child Care Administrators Association.

 

Cheryl Vogel

Cheryl Vogel
Program Coordinator, Hand in Hand – Menomonie

Cheryl is a graduate of UW-Stout with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Upon graduation, she accepted a job with the United States Air Force in their early childhood programs, beginning her work as a Management Trainee. After two years, she took over the responsibilities of the T&C, training in all new employees, conducting the staff meetings and parent meetings/trainings, and conducting research for better practices and updating policies and procedures at Fairchild AFB in Spokane, WA where she was stationed for three years before being transferred to Eielson AFB in Fairbanks, AK. Cheryl returned to the Eau Claire area after a year in Alaska. She accepted the position of Director of Hand in Hand – Menomonie in 2006. She holds a current Teaching License for the State of Wisconsin. She has earned an Administrator’s Credential through the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
