Mission Statement
Our mission at Hand in Hand is to provide quality childcare for all children in the Chippewa Valley.
We are committed to being a family-focused, community-based childcare center.
Philosophy
Our philosophy is to view children first as children. We want to provide a positive early childhood experience by encouraging children to develop a healthy self-concept and positive self-esteem.
In our warm, nurturing environment we enable children to develop confidence and pride.
Services
Hand in Hand offers full-time and part- time child care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school age children.
We accept children of all abilities and needs.

A Bit About Us
At our Hand in Hand branch in Eau Claire, we offer fully inclusive programming that provides children from six weeks to twelve years of age a full range of activities to learn essential life skills and promote healthy development.
We are licensed to provide services for 144 children.
We are highly rated! (5 Star Rating by Youngstar)
Our EC4T program, offered in partnership with the Eau Claire School District, enhances our curriculum, offering four year olds the opportunity to further prepare for and master skills that will encourage academic and life success.

What We Are Part Of
Hand in Hand is a division of Reach Inc.
Reach Inc. provides programs for people with disabilities in Eau Claire and surrounding communities. Adults and children are served by a range of programs including the Supported Employment Services.
Reach Inc. is a community-based, non-profit organization whose mission is to provide innovative opportunities for people, in order to promote self-determination and full participation in the community, regardless of one's ability.
