Anne Woolever is the CEO of REACH, Inc. She is responsible for the overall operations of all REACH programs and locations including program development and implementation, staff development, medical and behavioral counseling, outreach and advocacy. Anne received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UW-LaCrosse. In 2019, Anne graduated from the Leadership Eau Claire (LEC) through the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce. Anne also sits on the membership committee for Disability Services Provider Network (DSPN).Anne lives in Elk Mound with her husband and 3 kids. They enjoy outdoor activities, traveling and sports.

Jim grew up on a small town in upstate New York. He attended college at Norwich University, Vermont, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Biology and was commissioned a lieutenant in the United States Army. The next 21 years he traveled around the world, in numerous Army assignments. His overseas assignments included Panama, Germany and Korea. His last assignment was as an instructor at the Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. While in the Army, he earned his Master’s Degree in Management from Florida Institute of Technology. After retiring from the Army at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, Jim moved to Wisconsin with his family and settled down in Chippewa Falls. Jim worked at United Healthcare as a Compliance Trainer. He then began working with CEVA (TNT) Logistics in Menomonie, WI as an Operations Manager, then Safety & Training Manager and eventually as Human Resource Manager. He has also taught at Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) as an Adjunct Instructor. Jim has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2007. Jim is married and has two grown daughters. He enjoys running, cross country skiing and gardening in his free time.

Janet grew up in the La Crosse area. She graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. After college, she moved from her hometown of La Crosse to the Eau Claire area. She now lives in Altoona with her two children and dog. Janet has been part of Reach for many years and has worked to improve and grown many of the departments and services offered: Supported Employment Services, Hand in Hand Child Care Center, and Adult Programs.
Rose Jerome hails from Marshfield, Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. While attending college, she worked at several area group homes, where she discovered her love of helping people. Rose has enjoyed working for Reach since 2013. She is an avid outdoorsman who can be found fishing, camping, hiking, and gardening.
Program Director at Hand in Hand
Morgan Lekander is a Duluth, Minnesota native who has spent the last 3 years living in Madison Wisconsin before moving to Eau Claire. She attended the Early Childhood Education program at Madison College. While living in Madison Morgan worked in childcare supporting families in high risk environments. She also spent time as the Chair on the Board of Directors for The All of Us Research Program Madison Chapter. Morgan now lives in Eau Claire and loves spending her free time checking out music venues and camping deep in the north woods!
My Nou Goodman
My Nou Goodman was born in Greenfield, IN, moved to Eau Claire and has lived in Eau Claire for 39 years.
My Nou attended Chippewa Valley Technical College where she received her Associates in Administrative Assistant in 2005. She worked for Chippewa Valley Technical College for 5 years where she worked alongside professors to provide assistance to adults working on receiving their GEDs, as well as, monitor testing and teach basic English.
My Nou realized her passion in helping and assisting others, so she attended the University of Wisconsin – STOUT where she received her Bachelors in Vocational Rehabilitation in Independent Living in 2014 and continued on to receive her Masters in Vocational Rehabilitation and Counseling in 2016.
My Nou has many years of experience working with different populations in mental health, vocational, job development, advising, long-term care, marketing, leadership, guiding, and mentoring. My Nou is also an entrepreneur and creator at heart. She runs an online business, a little side shop, and collaborates with small businesses in Minnesota and Wisconsin to create exposure and promote local businesses. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family and friends.
Libby comes from a background of try things, learn new skills, and grow for the future. Born and raised in Eau Claire, WI they have watched as the community has grown and evolved. They tackled two programs at Chippewa Valley Technical College to come out with an Associate of Science - AS, Accounting in 2017 and an Associate of Science - AS, Marketing in 2019. They have worked in a variety of job sectors including but not limited to education, nonprofit, travel, and manufacturing. In their free time they enjoy learning new skills and seeing how they can apply them from painting to calculus to woodworking to computer programming, learning is their only hobby that results in immeasurable skills and knowledge.
