Comprehensive Community Services

This services helps individuals of all ages focus on needs that relate to mental health and substance use. REACH has specialists that have met all the trainings to work with individuals who need assistance with self-managing their physical health, social health, basic needs, and employment.

Peer Mentor and Support Services

Our mission is to offer support services where individuals can connect with others who have faced similar challenges, fostering mutual understanding and encouragement. Every peer supporter/mentor is trained and is in our community, bringing lived experiences, offering compassion, and insights drawn from their own journeys. We can assist with daily living skills, career exploration, and mentoring. This service is available to youths and adults.
