Lead Teacher
Lead Teacher establishes and maintains a safe, healthy, nurturing, fully inclusive learning environment. Provide a positive early childhood experience by encouraging children to develop a healthy self-concept and positive self esteem. Advance each child’s skills in the following developmental areas: large and small motor, language/communication, social/emotional and cognitive
Develops weekly plans and implements age appropriate curriculum
Provide a developmentally appropriate classroom environment that reflects the child’s learning and growth
Maintain ongoing and open communication with parents/caregivers
Assures a healthy, safe, clean and developmentally appropriate environment for children
Assistant Teacher - Hand in Hand
Responsibilities include child observation, child supervision, implementation of lesson plans, parent communication, child discipline, and classroom management. Positions are available in our preschool and infant/toddler classrooms.

4K Teacher
Responsibilities include teaching 4-year-olds in classrooms,
developing weekly plans and implementing age appropriate curriculum to nurture and
stimulate all domains of children's development in their care,
documenting activities as required by Wisconsin licensing standards and Eau Claire Area School District, and communicating with parents and planning periodic parent conferences to discuss children's developmental progress, needs and interests

Program Assistant/PCW
The Program Assistant/PCW evaluates the needs of the members, develops and implements program designed to meet the needs of our members. The assistant may work in both Vocational/Workshop settings and Day Service/Community setting. The assistant/PCW works closely with other staff to assure program consistency and generalization of learned skills in order for members to more fully integrate into the community and to encourage maximum independence.

Job Coach
The Job Coach works with developmentally disabled personnel to integrate them into the community workforce through job assistance and skill enhancement.
Responsibilities include supervising clients at work sites, designing and implementing work skills and training goals, implementing behavior goals, breaking jobs/task into teachable parts, educating business personnel about the communication and needs of the clients, and assisting clients before and after work transition.
