President/CEO
Anne Woolever
Anne is responsible for the overall operations of all REACH programs and locations including program development and implementation, staff development, medical and behavioral counseling, outreach, and advocacy. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UW-Lacrosse. In 2019, Anne graduated from Leadership Eau Claire from the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce. She also sits on the committee for Disability Services Provider Network. She lives in Elk Mound with her husband and 3 children. They enjoy outdoor activities, traveling and sports.

Vice President of Operations
Janet Black
Janet grew up in the La Crosse area. She graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. After college, she moved from her hometown of La Crosse to the Eau Claire area. She now lives in Altoona with her two children and dog. Janet has been part of Reach for many years and has worked to improve and grown many of the departments and services offered: Supported Employment Services, Hand in Hand Child Care Center, and Adult Programs.

Director of Human Resources
Madison Godawa
Madison grew up in the small Wisconsin town of Rhinelander. She graduated college from St. Norbert College in Green Bay with a degree in Business Administration and Economics. Madison has a background in insurance claims and support, she has joined Reach as the Director of Human Resources where she can commit her talents to more fulfilling pursuits. As the HR Director Madison manages several aspects of everyday function here at Reach, such as recruitment, on boarding, and much more. Madison moved to Eau Claire in 2021, and has a home on the west side with her Fiancé. She is happily joining the fold of this community as she continues to put down roots.

Program Director
Rose Jerome
Rose Jerome hails from Marshfield, Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. While attending college, she worked at several area group homes, where she discovered her love of helping people. Rose has enjoyed working for Reach since 2013. She is an avid outdoorsman who can be found fishing, camping, hiking, and gardening.

SES Manager
My Nou Goodman
My Nou Goodman was born in Greenfield, IN, moved to Eau Claire and has lived in Eau Claire for 39 years. My Nou realized her passion in helping and assisting others, so she attended the University of Wisconsin – STOUT where she received her Bachelors in Vocational Rehabilitation in Independent Living in 2014 and continued on to receive her Masters in Vocational Rehabilitation and Counseling in 2016.My Nou has many years of experience working with different populations in mental health, vocational, job development, advising, long-term care, marketing, leadership, guiding, and mentoring. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family and friends.

Development Coordinator
Sharlae Aasen
Sharlae grew up in Bloomer, WI and recently moved to Chippewa Falls. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout to pursue her passion for Hospitality and Events. Sharlae lived in Seattle, WA for a year to get experience in marketing and events. She learned how to work with different types of people in that role. After working in the event and hospitality industry since graduation, Sharlae has decided to put her skills to great use by working for Reach, Inc. This position allows her to raise funds, promote the organization, and create fundraisers. In Sharlae's spare time, she enjoys planning her wedding with her fiancé and playing with their dog, Gus. She also enjoys spending time with her two nieces and two nephews.

Program Director at Hand in Hand
Claudia Cournoyer
Claudia is a native of Wisconsin, having grown up in Wausau and Milwaukee, WI. She attended the UW-Madison for her undergraduate and graduate work in Education with degrees in Elementary Education and areas of concentration in Curriculum & Instruction Design in Literacy skills, Multicultural Education, and Special Education. She later secured an Alternative Ed. License at the UW-Milwaukee.
On a personal level, she enjoys spending time with her family. They enjoy traveling, being active in the outdoors, (skiing, swimming, kayaking, and hiking) and she is currently in two local book clubs. She also enjoys live music representing many genres.
