Change of Contract
A new contract will need to be filled out, signed and returned to the front desk, 2 weeks prior to the start of the new contract. A new contract in needed for permanent schedule changes, drop enrollments, or going from contract to variable schedule (or vise versa).
Variable Schedule or Temporary Changes in Contract
Written notice is due by 6pm the Wednesday prior to the week of changes/care needed. Variable schedules are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to deny changes based on staffing availability.
Schedule Minimum
We have a two-day minimum for our childcare center. Each family will be charged for a minimum of two days a week regardless of the schedule provided. The exception would be school days out for our school aged children.
Registration Fee
$50.00 non-refundable fee per child enrollment to be paid prior to be placed on our waiting list. If there is not a waiting, this fee needs to be paid prior to enrollment in our center.
Monthly Supply Fee
$5.00 a month supply fee will be billed the first week of each month.
Late Pick Up Fee
There will be a late pick up fee of $1.00/minute per child with a $5.00 minimum.
Late Payment Fee
$20.00 will be charged for tuition balances carried over to the next month.
NSF Fee
$35.00 charge for any returned checks or declined credit cards.
Multiple Child Discount (when all children are in attendance)
discount will be off the oldest child's tuition: 2 children = 10% discount.
3 children = 15% discount. 4+ children = 20% discount.
